Quotations System

Developed for a printing firm, this system was used in the inside sales department and ran in a LAN environment of  ten workstations. The software allows users to input specifications about the print job and calculates pricing. It also tracks ordering information and provides management with several statistical reports. The system also incorporates the ability to automatically FAX out a quotation.

Mortgage Originations / Mortgage Servicing

Assisted   a   large   national   bank   in   the   maintenance   and   enhancement   of   their   existing   mortgage origination system. Added additional functionality in the areas of loan servicing and secondary marketing.  Also helped in the evaluation of several mortgage origination systems in preparation of converting to a new system.

Materials Analysis

Designed spreadsheet and macros to allow a utility to analyze incoming raw materials and produce management reports. Wrote documentation, installed spreadsheet and trained end-users.

Operations Scheduling

Designed and implemented a software solution for a company which enabled management to efficiently schedule employees using complex rotational basis. The system also accounted for spontaneous and scheduled absences.

Accounting Software

For   a   liquor   distributor;   modified   standard   accounts   receivable   and   inventory  reporting   software   to conform to the specialized requirements of their business.
